CardWin help, setup, and contact

This page is intended for App Store users in North America and Europe. It covers setup, billing-date entry, reminders, sync behavior, and how to contact support.

What CardWin helps with

CardWin compares the statement-cycle rules you enter and recommends which credit card is best to use today for a longer grace period.

It also includes upcoming recommendations, yearly distribution stats, payment reminders, daily suggestions, and a home screen widget.

How to enter statement and due dates

The statement closing date is the date when your monthly billing cycle closes. The due date is the last date to pay that statement balance.

Choose same-month repayment if your due date falls in the same statement month, or next-month repayment if the due date lands in the following month.

Does any data get uploaded?

No. CardWin does not send your card setup to the developer and does not include ad, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

If iCloud sync is enabled, syncing is handled by Apple's iCloud services under your own account.

Reminders and sync

You can enable payment reminders and daily best-card notifications in Settings, and you can turn off iCloud sync if you prefer local-only storage.

Some sync-related changes may require restarting the app because of how local data containers are configured on iOS.

Contact and download

If you need help with date setup, reminders, or sync behavior, email support directly. If you arrived here from the App Store or review flow, the official download link is below as well.
